Sales Co-ordinator
Description
Responsibilities:
ö Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Team
ö Maintain client databases, including contact information, orders, and commercial documentation.
ö Coordinate and plan sales meetings and events
ö Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
ö Provide customer service support, including client support, resolution, and queries.
ö Assist with the preparation and execution of sales presentations.
ö Assist with sales training sessions and material.
Acquire a thorough understanding of Client needs and requirements.
ö Serve as the communication link between the Business Development Team, Clients, and Internal teams.
ö Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
ö Prepare and submit regular sales and ad-hoc reports.
ö Assist with onboarding new clients.
ö Attending to any reasonable ad-hoc requests
ö Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support if required until such time the client liaison team takes over the account.
ö Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
ö Follow up/resolve queries with clients who have not paid their accounts.
ö Assist the sales team in improving productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring the Business Development team has high-quality, up-to-date support material.
ö Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Business Development is unavailable.
ö Preparation of quotations and proposals while updating quote register status
ö Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
Potential Candidates will be subjected to an online skills assessment as part of the screening process.
Qualifications:
ö Matric / Grade 12
ö Sales Degree or equivalent
Accounting would be added advantage
Essential Skills:
ö Excellent administrative and organisational skills
ö Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
ö Proficiency in written and spoken English.
ö The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
ö Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
ö Computer literacy
ö Agility
ö Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all levels
ö Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Minimum Experience:
ö Minimum of 3 years overall sales coordination experience
ö Experience in sales and providing solutions based on Client needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
